WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

• All orders are free shipping 

WHAT COMES WITH MY COOLER

• Your cooler will come in a branded brown box. When you take the cooler out of the box it will come with some hang tags that will tell you all of the features on your cooler and a BREW HAAS sticker!!

HOW DO I RETURN MY COOLER

• We accept returns up to 10 days after you receive you're cooler. We only accept returns if the cooler is unopened. Email us at sales@brewhaas.com to start your return. 

I AM GIFTING THIS COOLER, CAN YOU ADD A PERSONAL TOUCH

• Yes we would love to! Please add in the notes at checkout what you would like to say in a note and we will print it out and send it on its way! 

I WOULD LIKE TO CUSTOMIZE MY COOLER WHAT CAN I ADD TO IT

• You can add any name, nickname, initials, sayings or just about anything else you would like. You just have to choose the customize option with the correct amount of letters you would like.
